Pepsi Collectable Info and Value / 1907 Pepsi sign on heavy board

Unfortunately the gold frame boarder has been trimmed away but the rest of the image is still intact and in reasonable shape. I have already had an estimate on the piece. Can anyone tell me any other information and possibly a second opinion estimate?

I know Pepsi-opoly exist because I have been given correspondence from PepsiCo it was given to employees as a gift in 2011. It was made by a custom Monopoly maker.
